This site is operated by ART OF HEALTHY SKIN. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, “our” and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms of Use & Service and other regulations posted on our Site. Please read carefully. From time to time we may modify the conditions, so continue to review the conditions of use whenever accessing and using this site. If at any time you do not wish to accept these conditions then you may not use this site. ART OF HEALTHY SKIN OÜ is a a company registered in Estonia under registration number 14214727. Our registered address is Ravi tn 12-11, 10138 Tallinn, Harju Maakond, Estonia. Right to modificate our services and prices

We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions and prices for our products without notice.

Registration

In order to use some of the services on our site, you have to register. When you do so, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we use your data.

 Eligibility to purchase

In order to make purchases you will be required to provide your personal details. You must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information. You have to provide payment details, that are both valid and correct and you have to confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided. We reserve the right to accept orders from those over 18.

 Orders

ART OF HEALTHY SKIN offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch. Please note that items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Pricing policy

Prices shown on our site are in Euros and are inclusive of VAT. Prices may change at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price current at the time your order is accepted. Customers buying from outside Estonia may also have delivery costs or duties applied by the country choosen as shipping destination.

 Promotions

Sales are open to all customers. Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published.

 Acceptance of your order

Once you have made your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, it is merely a confirmation that we have received it. Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and ART  OF HEALTHY SKIN will be completed when we email you the confirmation, that the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Tallinn, Estonia and the language of the contract is English. Neither our payment processor, nor our courier has the authority to accept an order on behalf of ART OF HEALTHY SKIN. We reserve the right to refuse your order when we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, or the item ordered is out of stock or that you do not meet the eligibility criterias set within our regulations. We may also refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

Payment

Payment can be made per PayPal, credit card and ELV.
  • PAYPAL
    Would you like to pay with PayPal? PayPal’s free buyer protection function protects you if your article has not been sent or differs entirely from the description. On registering you enter your bank data and from then on you can pay simply with your email address and your password. This acts like a kind of digital purse. Every time you make a purchase you can decide whether you wish to pay via your bank account or your credit card.   • VISA or MASTERCARD
    You are welcome to use Visa or MasterCard to pay at the shop. Please keep the following information at hand: credit card, card number, check number, date of expiration.
  • ELV
    This means electronic direct debiting which is being operated safely on our authority by PayPal. Please keep your bank details like IBAN and BIC at hand.
 To help ensure that your shopping is safe, simple and secure ART OF HEALTHY SKIN uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

 Insurance and delivery

ART OF HEALTHY SKIN insures each purchase during the transit time until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any delivery, at which point responsibility for your order passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes, then you accept that a signature by this recipient is proof of delivery and fulfilment by ART OF HEALTHY SKIN and transfer the responsibility to you. We try to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Delivery times appearing on our Site are estimates and are to be understood as a guide only and to count from the date of dispatch. ART OF HEALTHY SKIN is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or internal issues of shipping partner (event outside our reasonable control).

Cancellations, returns and exchanges

We offer you a free return on faulty items reported shortly after recieving your order and returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
Request for cancellation of your order must be made as soon as possible, definitely before your order will be dispached to you. To request a return/refund/cancellation, please contact us via customercare@artofhealthyskin.com.
You should include following information in return request:
1. Order number
2. Name
3. Reasons for return
We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund has been processed. Your refund will be made by the original payment method within 14 days after we carefully checked your returned order. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded. If the items you would like to return are not faulty, we reserve the right to decide on whether or not to refund them.  Please note that returns made outside of 14 days period will be granted at our discretion.

Faulty goods

Goods are faulty if they suffer transport damage or have production defect. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Please follow the steps described in our Returns, Cancellations and Exchanges Policy.

Repeated returns/cancellations

We monitor the number of returns/cancellations made and can refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.

No commercial use

Our site is for your personal, non-commercial use only. It is prohibited for you to modify, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, commercially exploit, create works from or sell any content, products, or services contained within it, without express written permission by us.

Third parties 

We have no responsibility for content provided by third parties and are merely providing access to such content to you. We have no obligation to verify the content of such information nor to edit any such information provided by third parties. We do not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any third party details and you acknowledge that any reliance on such information will be at your own risk.
